This South Devon beach house is available as a holiday rental year round. This newly refurbished house has 5 double bedrooms, 3 bathrooms (one en suite), a balcony (with seating), a front porch that opens to the front garden, and 3 reception rooms, including an open plan dining room and kitchen that opens out onto the back garden. The large front and back gardens are fully enclosed.
There is Wi-Fi, FreeSat, 3 smart TVs and good mobile reception. The kitchen is fully equipped with a 5 hob cooker, double oven, microwave, toaster, Nespresso machine, wine fridge, outdoor BBQ, washer & dryer.
Located on the beach
The house is located on the beach front and enjoys uninterrupted, spectacular sea views. Step out from the front garden onto the green that slopes down to the shingle beach. There are unobstructed views from the sitting rooms and bedrooms, and from the seating area in the front garden.
Start Bay is an unspoiled beach on the South Devon coast and the house has views all along the pristine bay to the Start Point lighthouse.
Dog friendly
We are dog friendly vacation rental and will accept 3 dogs. There's a large, enclosed wrap-around garden. The front and back gardens are fully enclosed. There is also a gate that can close off the back garden.
The beach at Beesands as well as Torcross, Hallsands, and other nearby areas in South Devon are dog friendly all year round. The village green in front of the house and along the beach offers wonderful walks for dogs.
This is our home for relaxing holidays with great seafood, lovely walks on the beach and the coast. Keys will be in the lockbox & you'll be left alone to enjoy it.
